With more than 350 employees in Switzerland, we’re expanding our international reach – and looking for someone like you to strengthen our team in Zollikofen Switzerland.
A role with impact
This position is not just about sales – it’s about building long-term relationships with our international distributors, understanding their markets, and helping them succeed with Swiss genetics. The Export Sales Manager will play a key role in:
- Advising and supporting distributors worldwide with a solution-oriented approach
- Planning and implementing marketing activities in Switzerland and abroad
- Taking ownership and actively shaping the future of the international team
- Connecting the strengths of Swiss breeding with local farming needs around the world
Whether it’s Swiss Fleckvieh in Eastern Europe, Brown Swiss in Latin America, or Holsteins in Asia – this role puts you at the heart of global cattle breeding innovation.
What you bring
We are looking for someone who combines agricultural understanding with marketing and sales expertise and who is eager to work in a multicultural and multilingual environment. Specifically:
✔ Knowledge of bovine breeding, communication, and international sales
✔ Experience in agriculture, sales, or marketing (formal education or practical background)
✔ Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
✔ Strong language skills – German and English are important; others are a plus
✔ A collaborative mindset and openness to innovation
