It spans the full richness of both Swiss and international breeds: Brown Swiss, Original Braunvieh, Red Holstein, Holstein, Swiss Fleckvieh, Simmental, Montbéliarde, and beef breeds including Original Braunvieh Beef, Simmental Beef, Limousin, and Angus.
